1. What is the maximum capacity?

Standing, mixer/mingle style: 150 people

Seated with tables + chairs : 75 people

Seated theater style: 100 people

2. What style of events work in the venue?

Social receptions, conferences, business meeting, dinner parties

3. Are there any additional fees, taxes, etc.. involved?

There are no taxes or service charges. The only additional charge is the refundable security deposit of $1000.00 that is returned to you after the event pending no damages.

4. When can we start setting up?

You will have access to the venue at your contracted reserved time.

5. Who/how do you clean up?

The client is responsible for removing personal belongings, décor, trash, and return equipment in condition of how the space was left. Clients are allotted an additional 1 hour for clean up.

6. Is Insurance required?

Yes, we require general liability insurance for all our clients in the amount of

$1M per occurrence and $2M aggregate. There are specific entities that must be added to “additional Insured” for the events. These will be detailed after booking.

7. What are the décor restrictions?

All décor must be pre approved with our event staff before the event day. No décor may be pinned, nailed, or tacked to the walls or windows. Painters tape, Mylar tape and washi tape are allowed on the walls and windows. No fireworks, fog machines, glitter, sparklers, drones. or laser lights allowed inside or outside the space. All decorations must be removed by the client by the end of the contracted time.

8. How does parking work for the event?

Street parking is available, follow the rules for the city of La Mesa on metered parking. The parking lot highlighted below has 4 hour parking and is free after 6 PM.

9. Where do vendors load in and load out?

All vendors are welcome to load in and out at the rear of the building. In front of the roll up garage located in the alley. Hazards must be on, unloading and loading needs to be less than 30 minutes with active loading. All vehicles must not block the flow of traffic, and vehicles must never be unoccupied. Please follow all city of La Mesa rules and regulations.

10. Do you have additional rentals and equipment?
